StatMate6 & StatFinale use a huge number of formulas, so bugs are inevitable. Many corrections and additions have been made over the 30 years since the first edition in 1990, but it will take a lot of time to perfect them. If you notice any of the following while using them, please contact us by email. After verification, we will report any bugs or errors on this support page.

1. If there is an abnormal operation when executing the macro
2. If the calculation result is clearly incorrect and an error in the formula is suspected
3. If an obvious error is found in the description

When reporting by email, we would appreciate it if you could specify the specific problem, your name and ID number, as well as the OS and Excel version you are using. Please note that we cannot answer individual questions about statistics, statistical methods, or how to use Microsoft Excel.
