Cochran’s Q Test Tukey’s Multiple Comparisons, Scheffe-type Mutiple Contrasts  COCHQ

Exercise:
  When 3 administrators individually evaluated 14 residents for adoption in the next fiscal year, they scored each resident by 1 as ‘acceptance’ or 0 as ‘rejection’. Analyze whether there are differences in evaluation scores among administrators.

Comparative Verification Test

Cochran Q test: StaFinale, 0.0302; SPSS, 0.030; EZR, 0.0302.
Pairwise comparisons (pairwise Wilcoxon test with Bonferroni correction): SPSS.
Pairwise comparisons (McNemar test): StaFinale, SPSS, EZR.
StatFinale, SPSS, and EZR all perform McNemar’s test and multiply the P value by the number of combinations (3 in this example) (Bonferroni correction).
