Friedman Test Tukey’s Multiple Comparisons, Scheffe-type Mltiple Contrasts   FRIED

Exercise:
  Four different stimulations (A1, A2, A3, and A4) were applied to 8 subjects, and the subjects’ responses were compared between pre- and post-stimulation. Changes in response were quantified by subtracting pre-stimulation response from post-stimulation response in each subject.   

   Analyze whether magnitudes of response are different depending on types of stimulation.

Multiple C (Nemenyi & Conover tests): StatFinale  Conover’s test needs the Bonferroni correction.
Multiple C (Dunn test with Bonferroni correction): SPSS
Multiple C (Wilcoxon test with Bonferroni & Holm correction): EZR (match with StatMate-pairWC).

Reports of SPSS & EZR

In the Wilcoxon test of EZR, data with a difference of 0 is automatically removed, and the Bonferroni & Holm corrections are applied to the normal approximation as post hoc tests.
